Man United's injury update, predicted lineup ahead of Everton's visit to Old Trafford on Saturday

Early squad news for Manchester United's Premier League match against Everton on April 8 (Kick-off 12.30pm BST).

Erik ten Hag's pre-game news conference on Friday may have given us a better understanding of the squad's availability, but there are still a number of significant updates to provide.

Christian Eriksen, who has been out since January 28 due to injury, was seen practicing at Carrington today, which is a major win for United. The midfielder would need to be evaluated before kickoff, but Ten Hag hasn't ruled out his participation in Saturday's game because the Dane is ahead of schedule with his recuperation.

Luke Shaw, who was making his 250th appearance last night, regrettably departed the field early after being seen clutching his hamstring. After the game, Ten Hag was unable to reveal too much because he had already said that the defense would need to undergo tests.

The fourth and final game of Casemiro's suspension has finally arrived. He won't be eligible for selection this weekend, but he'll be back in the lineup for the game against Nottingham Forest the following week.

Alejandro Garnacho and Donny van de Beek are out: This afternoon, Sean Dyche spoke to the media to update them on his team. While Andros Townsend is still recovering from an ACL injury, Ruben Vinagre and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have resumed training, albeit the latter is still receiving treatment for his problem.

Due to the red card he received during Everton's match against Tottenham Hotspur at home on Monday, Abdoulaye Doucoure is suspended.

"I've had faith since I’ve been in the building and the players are paying that back with the way they’re working on the training ground, in fact, all of the players are," Sean Dyche stated during his press conference.

"The squad mentality that I preach to them is important."

“People coming into games, people wanting – being thirsty to affect a situation. Everyone’s got to make a difference, not just one person, it’s everyone.”

Manchester United would start in their usual 4-2-3-1 formation. Marcus Rashford is likely to retain his place as striker while Jadon Sancho, Bruno Fernandes and Antony plays behind him.

Scott McTominay and Marcel Sabitzer will as well start in the mid field while Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez starts as centre back pairing. Diogo Dalot and Tyler Malacia will feature at full back roles on the right and on the left respectively.
