The 25-year-old has made a name for himself as one of the top defenders in the French league and also competes for his country's national team. The two Premier League clubs may find Disasi to be a fantastic long-term investment given his bright potential. Manchester City has him on their radar as well.
Thiago Silva must be adequately replaced at Chelsea for the long term, and the Frenchman would be a great addition. In addition to his defensive prowess, Disasi has made an impression at the French club with his leadership abilities. He might be the best choice to take Silva's spot at Stamford Bridge.
He will also be a good addition for Manchester United for comparable reasons. The Red Devils could lose Victor Lindelof, and Harry Maguire during the summer transfer window.
