Brighton, who are currently sixth in the Premier League, prepared admirably for the United game by defeating Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge last Saturday. Although Julio Enciso and scored the vital goals, the team paid a price for the victory in west London.
Two important players sustained injuries on the day, adding to De Zerbi's ever-growing injury list. Brighton has so far been able to adjust and maintain its high levels, but there is now real cause for alarm. The Seagulls definitely have a talented side, but many of the young players haven't played at the highest level, so their match against a United team in good form at Wembley Stadium will probably be challenging.
United has also suffered from injuries, but it's fair to conclude that Erik ten Hag's team as a whole is better equipped to handle the loss of key players. Here is how Albion is looking and here are the eight players who have already been ruled out or are really questionable.
Before facing Man United, Brighton and Hove Albion head coach Roberto De Zerbi is concerned about an injury
Joel Veltman
There was another who stopped at Chelsea. He suffered a hamstring injury in the first half, and it is unlikely that he will recover in time to stave off a quick Manchester United's attack.
Jason Steele
'As a precaution,' I missed a Chelsea game due to a minor injury. Sanchez will start in goal for the FA Cup semifinal, according to De Zerbi, giving Steele more time to rest.
Evan Ferguson
The young striker suffered an ankle injury against Chelsea, and De Zerbi predicted a two-week absence for him. If he participates at Wembley Stadium, it will come as a great surprise.
Adam Lallana
The midfielder hopes to recover from his long standing thigh issue before the end of the season but the semi-final against Man U is expected to arrive too soon. A huge blow as his experience would have been key.
Adam Webster
Adam Webster has had a lot of difficulty this season getting fit. De Zerbi is still in charge of his minutes. Levi Colwill was unable to play against his parent club, so played against Chelsea in his place. With Colwill back in the starting XI against Wembley, I anticipate Webster to sit on the bench.
Jakob Modar
The Polish international returned to training last week after making improvement with his chronic knee problem. Although Wembley won't be here for a while, there's still a chance he might play before the season is through.
Jeremy Sarmiento
Due to a foot injury received while serving abroad, Sarmiento was declared out by De Zerbi at the end of March for one month, perhaps two.
Fans reacts to Alejandro Gernacho positive injury update
On Monday afternoon, Alejandro Garnacho uploaded a photo of himself wearing football boots again, providing some much-needed injury respite for Manchester United supporters.
Following a challenge by Kyle Walker-Peters that caused Garnacho to leave the 0-0 draw against Southampton in March, Erik ten Hag stated that he would miss "weeks" of action but would return before the season's finish. Since then, the injury list for United has gotten out of hand with players like Lisandro Martinez, Marcus Rashford, and Raphael Varane all out.
Since Tyrell Malacia and Marcel Sabitzer both missed the victory against Nottingham Forest on Sunday, Ten Hag only had nine first-team choices available when the week began. But on Monday, supporters received a boost when Garnacho shared a motivating update on Instagram.
The 18-year-old uploaded a photo of himself sporting his old football boots and said, "Back with the boots."
Reds supporters were overjoyed to see their young hero back in practice, and many of them expressed their feelings on social media.

We’ve missed him so much. Off the bench he’s such a game changer and means martial or Rashford can have some rest

Just the boost needed, hopefully he can continue from where he stopped and more…
That Garnacho's picture just made my day.
Although it's unlikely that Garnacho will make a comeback this week, United will be hoping that a number of players will be available for their Europa League quarterfinal second leg against Sevilla on Thursday. Luke Shaw and Scott McTominay could have played, as Ten Hag acknowledged before the victory at Forest, and despite their exclusion, there is a sense that both players are nearing full recovery.
Marcus Rashford, Lisandro Martinez, and Raphael Varane are all anticipated to miss the trip to Spain, while Malacia and Sabitzer had minor issues and were not risked.
