Manchester United leads the race for £44.5 million star

According to media reports, Man Utd is in the lead in the competition to sign Bayer Leverkusen fullback Jeremie Frimpong.

Football Insider claims that the Red Devils are in a prime position to entice the attack-minded right back from the Netherlands.

According to the news source, it would cost between £40 and £50 million to retain his services during the summer transfer window.

The German Bundesliga team would allow their greatest asset to depart if they received a price of roughly 50 million euros, or £44.3 million, according to renowned German source Bild.

Jeremy Frimpong is renowned for his speed, ability to advance, and ability to increase the offense. The Old Trafford team would benefit from having a right-back who can advance up the field quickly and generate opportunities frequently.

Dalot and Wan-Bissaka have primarily played right back for Dutch manager Erik ten Hag throughout the current season.

The English right-back, on the other hand, has not offered a single assist in the Premier League, while the Portuguese international has only been able to help set up two goals.

Jeremy Frimpong has scored 8 goals and contributed 9 assists for Leverkusen this season in all competitions.
