Christian Falk, a German transfer specialist, asserts that Harry Kane's football team next season may be significantly impacted by Thomas Tuchel's appointment as Bayern Munich's head coach.
Kane allegedly has no interest in renewing his contract with Spurs and instead wants to move on to a team where he can compete at the highest level.
Kane is generally believed to be at the top of manager Erik ten Hag's wish list for Manchester United, who are eager to add a top striker. Bayern is also in desperate need of a striker because Robert Lewandowski was never adequately substituted.
As long as Julian Nagelsmann was their coach, however, there had been little interest in the Kane rumors.
But Nagelsmann has since left, and Tuchel, a former Chelsea manager, has taken his position. Furthermore, Falk writes in his Caughtoffside column that "you have to fulfill your new manager's requests, perhaps at least one.
“Tuchel [is] a big fan of Harry Kane and if there had been a chance to bring him to Chelsea, he would have done so immediately.
“I think this opportunity to have Kane at Bayern Munich would be the thing for Tuchel."
“Ultimately, the chance to get Kane in is bigger now that Tuchel has joined the club and I think there will be something in the summer now.”
If Kane is after trophies, Bayern can provide a copper-bottomed assurance that it will be delivered. The Premier League is regarded as the finest league in the world, so the English player might want to compete for championships in larger leagues than the Bundesliga.
The best opportunity for the 30-year-old to realize his dream may be with United even if Bayern comes calling, as Manchester City already has Erling Haaland and north London rivals Arsenal are almost certainly out.
