Manchester United have excelled and made massive strides under Erik ten Hag since his appointment last summer. The Red Devils ended their trophy drought and lifted their first silverware under the Dutch tactician.
The former FC Ajax boss has ensured he has taken full control of affairs at Old Trafford, including the club's youth team. He has successfully drilled his playing style into his players, although they aren't perfect at it yet, but they have evidently adapted to it over the course of the season.
Erik Ten Hag has ensured that younger players aren't left behind in the latest revolution that is happening at the club, as several of them have been sent on loan stints to get more playing time and experience.
The youngsters haven't disappointed as some have made necessary contributions to their various loan clubs. Amad Diallo has been in sensational form since he joined Sunderland AFC, scoring eight goals and assisting two more. Hannibal Mejbri has also been vital for Birmingham City; the midfielder has recently been involved in some comebacks with the Blues and as well as scoring a game-winning free kick.
Alvaro Fernández is a regular starter at Preston, while Shola Shoretire is turning heads at Bolton Wanderers. There are more youngsters who have been excellent for their various loan clubs, but it isn't clear yet if they will still be a part of Manchester United's team in the future. However, under Erik Ten Hag, the on-loan stars were able to get top-notch loan deals in contrast to prior to the Dutchman's arrival.
Alvaro Fernández, who plays as a left back and currently impressing with Preston North has allegedly stated that the club has plans for him and he has a future at Old Trafford.

“In the end, when you arrive at a new club, you have to adapt." But I knew they were playing 3-5-2. I feel good; I am as if it were my position. I attack, which is what I like, I am a deep winger. Very good," he explained.
It was easy for Manchester United to lure the teenager away from Santiago Bernabeu despite Real Madrid trying so hard to keep him at the Spanish capital but the 19 year old was unable to resist the Red Devils offer. He admitted he is in touch with Darren Fletcher at Old Trafford and has his sights set on breaking into the first team.
“What I wanted was to grow in football, and United came up with an incredible proposal for the future." Thank God I’m now on loan for a second time, with a United first-team record. "Luckily it wasn’t bad for me."
