Amad Diallo comments on Facundo Pellistri's Instagram post has caught attention after Europa league debut

Manchester United's loanee Amad Diallo couldn't help but join the excitement after the Red Devils trumped Real Betis 4-1 in the first leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie at Old Trafford.

Manchester United will be heading to Spain next week on Thursday with confidence after getting into a commanding position with their 4-1 victory against Real Betis. It was the best way to bounce back after a disappointing 7-0 loss to Liverpool last weekend.

Manchester United's front four of Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes, Wout Weghorst, and Anthony all got on the scoresheet as the Red Devils dominated and cruised to victory against their Spanish opponent.

There was excitement in the atmosphere at fulltime as fans echoed praises of their players, especially stand-in captain Bruno Fernandes after the midfielder responded to his critics with a goal and an assist. Wout Weghorst as well got on the scoresheet, and the Dutch striker could not control his emotions after being scrutinized for his poor goal return since his move to Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Amad Diallo, who is on loan at Championship side Sunderland AFC, joined the team's celebration online after commenting under Facundo Pellistri's Instagram post.

Under a post made by Facundo Pellistri, who made his Europa League debut for Manchester United, a host of Manchester United players were excited to comment and congratulate the 21-year-old. Fred, Anthony Elanga, David De Gea, amongst others, reacted to the post, but Amad Diallo's caught the attention of Eagle-eyed Man United fans.

The 20-year-old is having himself a season with the Black Cats in the Championship. He has scored 8 times this season including a worldie last February.  He has won EFL Player of the Month twice, and he is closely monitored by Manchester United's coaching staff.

He was up for a recall last January after Manchester United's squad was hit with multiple injuries, but Erik Ten Hag opted to stay with Sunderland as a recall would hamper his progress.
